What is My Performance?
This report allows you to see how much time you spent in a particular status. You can select desired timeframe in the top right corner of the view.
Why use My Performance?
The performance report helps you understand your performance as an agent and how you are spending your time:
Time in a particular status displays the sum of time you spent in each status configured in this workspace;
History of status changes allows you to track when you changed statuses.
How to access My Performance?
To access this page, while inside Zowie Inbox, select My Performance from the navigation panel.
