What is the Share Module?
The Survey module allows you to enable your users to share content with their friends.
Why use Share?
Create content that everybody wants to share. Social media are a powerful tool that can quickly turn your campaign into a success! By giving this tool into the hands of your clients, you can only make the process much faster. Use this plugin within the most exciting chatbot scenarios (such as Contests or Quiz) and make your users share it with their friends.
How to access Share?
To access the Share Module, navigate to Modules > Share from the navigation bar.
Basic Configuration
The Share module configuration is split between two separate tabs: Share content, and New user welcome message.
Share content is seen by users who want to share something with their friends. If they click the CTA button, they are taken to the New user welcome message.
Under Share content, provide an Image, Title, short Subtitle, and Button caption for the button that takes a user's friends to the New user welcome message.
The New user welcome message is the content visible to users who entered the chatbot through the shared content.
