What is the Promotional Codes Module?

This Module allows giving your customer promotional codes that they can later use in your online or retail shops. The codes can be given after completing a particular activity, for example completing a Quiz or Survey.

Why use Promotional Codes?

Increase your sales smartly! This is a simple and effective solution that will automatically distribute personalized promotional codes or generic codes within any chatbot scenario that you will choose. Use it as a reward for Contest, a Quiz, or just as a nice gesture that will surprise your audience.

How to access Promotional Codes?

To access the Promotional Codes Module, navigate to Modules > Promotional Codes from the navigation bar.

Number of promo codes

First, specify if there should be only one code that can be given to the users multiple times (Single promo code) or multiple codes from which a particular one can only be given once (Multiple promo codes).

Multiple promo codes can be imported from CSV file to the chatbot by selecting "or upload CSV" button.

The configuration differs slightly depending on the type of promo code. In case of a single promo code, type it in the Your promo code field and specify how many times this code can be granted.

Message for the user

Configure the content sent to the user when they receive the code and the content sent to the user when there are no more codes to grant. Those messages can be personalized and fine-tuned using the Creator.
