What is the Newsletter Module?
The Newsletter Module allows users to subscribe to periodic messages in the chatbot. This Module lets you gather a database of subscribed users in the chatbot. They will receive any content you decide to send them.
Why use Newsletter?
By using Newsletter you can build your subscriber database. Great content is one of the key indicators of the brand's success. This plugin enables you to regularly send notifications to subscribed users. Design numerous subscription topics and personalize a message for each one of them. Create valuable and irresistible content that the audience will never want to stop following. Track and evaluate its performance and precise targeting even more.
How to access Newsletter?
To access the Newsletter Module, navigate to Modules > Newsletter from the navigation bar.
Welcome message
First, provide a Welcome Message asking the user whether they want to subscribe.
Then configure the content sent to the user once they decide to subscribe to your newsletter and the content that’s sent if they decide not to subscribe.
Unsubscribe message
Next, provide content for when the user decides that they no longer want to subscribe to your newsletter and then provide the content for when they decide to stay with you.
First message configuration
Click the "Save" button and configure your first message.
To access the messages, navigate to Module > Newsletter from the navigation bar, then click "Messages" and "Schedule New Message".
First, decide when you want the message to be sent to your base of subscribed users. Use the Creator to configure the content that should be sent.
