What are Mailboxes?
Connecting a mailbox to Zowie is the first step towards handling emails in Zowie Inbox. After connecting the mailbox, incoming messages can be handled by agents via the Inbox interface.
Why connect Mailboxes?
You'll gain all the benefits of handling emails via the Inbox platform including routing emails to specific queues, reporting on response and resolution times, and more.
How to access Mailboxes?
In order to find Mailboxes, please go to Inbox > Settings > Mailboxes.
