




Connecting an Ecommerce module with an Automation
After you integrate and configure an Ecommerce Module, the last step is to connect it to an Automation.

Selecting the Automation
Go to Automations > Knowledge Base and select an already existing Automation that applies to Ecommerce integration, for example, the one titled "What is my order status". Then click the "Edit" button.
If you don't have that Automation in your Knowledge Base, simply create a new Automation.

Configuring the Automated answer
Now, scroll down to configure the Automated answer.
Select Text from the Creator if you want to add an additional message before going to a module.
Next, add a Module element. Once you complete a setup of an Ecommerce Module and enable options that you want to automate, they will be automatically added to the list of your modules.
Simply type in and select the name of the module which is integrated with Zowie.

Saving the changes
Select the "Save" button in the top right corner - the Automation is now ready for your tests!
