What are the Chatbot Settings?

In Settings, you can adjust your environment’s high-level configuration.

Why use Chatbot Settings?

You can use them to set up your chatbot's name, Regions, Pre Chat Survey, Post Chat Survey, and GDPR. By default, this section is only available to workspace admins, but you can go to Permissions to grant additional people access.

Each section in the navigation menu (Chatbot, Inbox, Workspace) has its Settings, and additional access needs to be granted separately.

How to access Chatbot Settings?

To access Settings, go to the Chatbot > Settings from Zowie's navigation bar. That is the last tab.

General

This allows you to assign a name to your chatbot. This field cannot be empty, and you need to click "Save" in the top right corner to save the changes.
